The turnaround time is typically 4-8 weeks however this is dependent on your availability to provide timely feedback.  Once we discuss the project details, I can provide an estimated launch date.

To secure your spot I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.  The remainder will be due upon delivery of the final design files.  All prices are in USD.





To kick off the project you’ll be receiving a Welcome Package containing pertinent information to the project.  Once you’ve secured your spot, we can get started! The first phase is to fully understand your business, business goals, your ideal customers and their expectations.  We’ll accomplish this through a client creative brief questionnaire.  This phase is extremely important to establish the foundation for moving forward with the design and development of your new brand and website.

Before I can start designing your website, I’ll need all of your content.  I’ll collect your desired content through our shared project workbook in Google Drive.  Here, you’ll be able to provide website copy, images, call to actions, products, and any other information using the templates I provide you.  Further instructions, tips, and FAQ’s regarding how to provide content will be included in your Welcome Package!




Using the details you provided in your creative brief questionnaire, I'll design a mood board to capture the style you’re envisioning. This will be a combination of colors and images that best represent the feel and direction your want your branding and website to go in.  The mood board is an essential piece for the foundation of your cohesive brand.

Once we've captured the look and feel of your business, I'll start creating concepts for your primary logo design.  I'll provide you with three unique design concepts to choose from.  You'll also receive three color palettes to choose from, which will define the signature colors of your brand.




After you are satisfied with your primary logo and color palette, I'll move on to the rest of the pieces of your branding.  I will design an alternative logo, favicon, branding fonts, and any additional pattern or design element that will enhance your brand.  These elements will be collated together to produce your final branding style board. 



Once we’ve established the brand for your business, I’ll get to designing your website.  I’ll combineeverything from the previous design phases including your content, style guide and custom graphics and banners to design your dream website.  I’ll provide opportunities for feedback along the way, as well as a few days before your launch date to take notes of any revisions you’d like to see.



This is the best part, launch day! I’ll provide a 30 minute tutorial to walk you through your new website.  I’ll also briefly show you how you can make updates to your website in the future.  

You'll receive your final branding style board as well as your branding style guide which will guide you through how to use your branding elements.  The guide includes: your unique primary logo, any alternative logos, custom website favicon, color palette including hex codes, font combinations, and any additional branding elements that completes your brand!  You’ll also receive the files I used to design your website.  All of these files will be delivered via our shared dropbox.  Congrats on the website launch!



Who should provide the website content?

For Imagery you can provide it yourself, or I can direct you where to purchase stock photos.  For copy, I can use any content you’ve created yourself or I can work with your copywriter.

Why Squarespace and is it right for me?

Squarespace is easy to use and affordable.  It is perfect for entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and small business owners who value modern and clean design.

Are there any other costs associated with my website?

You are responsible for the cost of Squarespace, as well as any stock images or custom fonts you would like to purchase for your website.

How much does Squarespace cost?

I recommend the $12 or $18 per month plan.  This covers the cost of website hosting. You’ll also need to purchase a domain roughly $10-$20 per year.

How does payment work?

To get started, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.  The remaining 50% will be due upon launch day.  Payment is accepted via stripe (and any major credit card).

What if I need continued Squarespace support after launch day?

Squarespace requires little to no on-going maintenance once the website is built.  On launch day, I will provide a website walkthrough tutorial so that you have the skills if any updates are desired.  Squarespace also offers live chat assistance. After launch, any additional products or pages will be billed at an hourly rate.
